For Allgäu GmbH we developed and produced a recruiting campaign for attracting skilled workers, shot in a reality format. Three candidates took on the "Job-WG" (job share-house) adventure and tried out 30 jobs across the most varied companies in the Allgäu region.
The range spanned from major corporations to startups, from clinics to wellness hotels, from breweries to butcher shops. Through authentic film coverage, we gave viewers a look into unique jobs, exciting companies – and the Allgäu region from a completely new perspective.
What started as a recruiting campaign grew into a series format with strong reach on allgaeu.de and Instagram.
The campaign showed that employer communication can be entertaining – and still (or precisely because of that) reach the right people.
